As a woman who has served in leadership roles at the local, state and national levels I understand your trials and triumphs. I understand what makes you tick and I get what it is like to wear a skirt on the boys’ team. I understand that the path to leadership is hell on a pair of pumps.

Women have figured out that the incremental way of navigating the corporate jungle does not serve us. My clients want to go from 0 to 200. They want an 18 month plan–not a 90 day performance appraisal. They want to go from the mail room to the boardroom–from Director to C Suite.
As one of the first women to lead a multimillion-dollar organization, I know how difficult it can be to get your ideas heard and implemented. As the first women to serve as President of Cordova Rotary, I understand when not to wear pink in the board room.
